About Blueridge Breathwork

My name is Cynthia Yeager and I created BlueRidge Breathwork to bring 9D Breathwork to our community. I have been a practicing optometrist for over two decades. Ten years ago I was struggling with a serious cancer diagnosis and no matter what I did I couldn't shake the debilitating fear and anxiety that came with it. Breathwork changed all that. I was actually surprised when I realized the agonizing thoughts I had been living with were really and truly gone. Transformed. I was later introduced to 9D Breathwork and WOW! This is breathwork on steroids! It is so powerful at liberating us from our emotional baggage that I knew I had to bring this to my patients and others in my community.
