Since this breathwork session, everything has been improving. I have so much energy and I feel so much selflove. I also feel a deep urge to cleanse, so I have been doing my gardening and been going through my house to throw everything away that I don't need nor want to hold on to any longer. So many massive changes from one session! I came from pain and tiredness to now I am letting go and going with the flow of life.
